What is this?

Our group of farmers have lots of different items available each week.  This box is going to be a farmers choice type of box.  The Essentials Box will have a variety of items in it worth $100 that we will choose for you each week.  The goal for this is to be staple type ingredients that every household will need.  We plan to mix it up each week but you can expect some combination of milk, dairy, eggs, cheese, greens, produce, grains, and fruits.
